FAQ

Mentoring questions

How much time does mentoring take?

It depends on the pathway. One-on-one mentorship is 1–2 hours a month, group mentorship 2–3 hours, workshop facilitation 3–4 hours, and career coaching 1–2 hours.

What does the mentor application process look like?

Candidates apply via a form, receive placement matching from a Mentorship Coordinator, and attend an orientation.

What experience do I need to mentor?

Mentors are experienced tech professionals. What matters is real industry experience and a willingness to share it with people earlier in the journey.

One conversation changes the trajectory
