After hearing about BOT from Wilfredo Lasalle, a pitch contest winner and mentor at BOT events, Sophia decided to take the next steps to grow her company. Like many early-stage founders, she had a strong idea but lacked the guidance and strategy needed to propel Pilot Pair forward. After connecting with Start-Up Director Jehue and joining the accelerator program, Sophia gained hands-on resources, mentorship, and knowledge to position her business successfully. BOT helped Sophia put the pieces together to navigate where and how to scale her company.
