About Natesha

Natesha Mortimer is the founder of Data Swale, an analytics and technology company. After completing a finance degree at UCF, Natesha found BOT while looking for events and people who “looked like her.” Currently, Natesha is a master’s student at Georgia Tech in the computational data analytics program. 

The BOT Impact

Natesha’s role in BOT began with attending events and exploring career opportunities. After connecting with the BOT community, Natesha progressed to volunteering with BOT and eventually used her knowledge and experience to lead workshops and presentations. Natesha is a self-proclaimed introvert who looks for opportunities to be that support system for others while enriching the community with data knowledge. She helps inspire others to have confidence in their work and to reach for their goals.
