Building Our Tech (BOT) is bringing back the Interview Lab, a free, interactive workshop where interview strategy meets real spontaneity. This isn't a stiff run-through of "tell me about yourself." It's a bold, interactive experience designed to help you build real confidence you can carry into any interview room.

3 Interview Tips You Can Use Starting Today

Practice out loud, not just in your head. Rehearsing answers mentally feels productive, but it doesn't train your mouth, breath, or pacing. Say your answers out loud in a mirror, with a friend, or using your phone's voice recorder.
Prepare stories, not scripts. Interviewers remember specific stories, not general statements. Instead of saying "I'm a strong problem-solver," have a 60-90 second story that shows your problem-solving abilities.
Get comfortable with the pause. A brief silence while you think of your answer feels awkward to you, but rarely to the interviewer. Pausing to gather your thoughts reads as confidence, not weakness.
